Deltuo was founded by David Fleming and David Jones, engineers who've built and scaled products together in banking and finance, insurance, and health & fitness. From being founding engineers, building products, teams and culture, to managing global platforms with millions of users, we've lived the reality of high-stakes delivery.
Along the way we learned what really drives outcomes: small teams, clear ownership, fast feedback, and engineering decisions made close to the product. We have been brought together as a team time and again, as beyond the tech, we value what matters most: trust, integrity, straight answers, and a relentless ability to get important work shipped. That is why we founded Deltuo.
The name is the promise: Delta (make a meaningful difference), Duo (do it together). If we're involved, we'll care about the outcome like it's our own.
